• Head of Subjects: Post Graduation with minimum 4 years experience as Subject HOD
• PGT: Post Graduation with B.Ed and minimum 5 years of experience
• TGT: Graduation with B.Ed and minimum 5 years of experience
• PRT: B.Ed / D.El.Ed with minimum 2 years of experience
• Montessori Faculties: MTTC with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Phonics Faculty: Graduate with certification in Phonics
• System Admin: 2–5 years of experience in school system / network administration
